Soo this happens to me 2 times already. First time was in February I was trying to recharge my metrocard on knickerbocker Avenue the machine toke my metro my 7 dollars and didn't giitme a receipt. Great! I try to talk to the person that was working there and he told me because you don't have a receipt there's nothing I can do. Good! I continue trying to explain to him what happen and that it's not my fault that your machine it stopped working that you're stealing and your not helping no one. Good! He told me where are you going I told him we're and he said I'll call them so they can give you a transfer because the money i pay was for me to get home and go to work so I said ok good let's do it. I pay again with the 5 dollars I had left and left. Great! When I got to the my stop I went straight to talk to the person that was there and gess what? He said no one has called me for nothing there's nothing I cand do. Call this number so they can help you like i have time for that knowing I have to go to work and ontop of that ones you do the reclaim you will wait maybe 2 to 3 weeks and I was not up for that. Good! Today 09/18/24 I went with my metrocard to recharge to go home there was 1 more persone in the other machine doing the same and guess what? The machine toke my metro brand new my money and the machine said on screen take your receipt. I look down and guess what? No receipt came out. Great! I went to talk to the person that was working there and he was on his phone and just started giving me attitude. I explain him everything that the machine didn't even give me a receipt and guess what. He said there's nothing I can do for you straight up. I told him again that there was an othere man next to me and he didn't care he told me with attitude there's nothing I cand do call this number and I bet he saw us boy the metro but ok. Right on his face I turned around and just jump over to the other side and went home. Mta and knickerbocker station sucks. Do not go there I rather walk that go there...

I go to the train and the teller says she doesn't take cash. So what's the point of being there. You want me to use the machine but yet those are not sanitized. THEY SHOULD BE SANITIZING THE MACHINE AMD TURNSTILE. Your behind a booth and can wear GLOVES. Waste of money. Especially from people that pay taxes and the fair constantly goes up.
