Update: 6/2/2025 - I love this particular L'Occitane location - super convenient and the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Special thank you this time around to Masiel and Riley.I ended up buying the lemon verbena deodorant - who knew? - and am excited to try it. Their fragrances are fantastic! Highly recommend. Conveniently located in Grand Central Station.

I popped back into this L'Occitane to check out their new fragrances. Special shout out to Claire who was so welcoming and also informed me that the geranium verbena was no longer available (although they might have a few bottles left). So glad I bought mine back in May. Their fragrances are top quality and I love shopping at this particular location.

I swear I can't stay away from this store! I ended up buying the geranium verbena (limited edition) perfume which is really a great scent. I pair it with their lemon verbena which smells delicious together! Special thank you to Luisiana!

Seven months later and I find myself back in L'Occitane for an impromptu visit. I wasn't intending on buying anything since I still have perfume left over from my last purchase but thanks to Julia, I ended up buying a travel size Lemon Verbena roll-on which is perfect! Fits nicely into my purse and the price was reasonable too! I love this store and I always end up getting fabulous service at this location so kudos again to the staff! I have been shopping at this L'Occitane location for many years as I'm a huge fan of their Lemon Verbena perfume which smells amazing!!! I wanted to give a special shout out to Beverly and Lawanda who waited on me yesterday. I was rushing around trying to get home before the big storm (which never materialized by the way) and in my haste, left my AMEX behind. Lawanda literally came running after me with my card in hand! I so appreciated her catching my error and helping me to avoid returning to the store later to retrieve my card. The staff here is always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Honestly my first time experiencing this type of treatment. I came in the store because I wanted to check what they have and also I was waiting on my train. Two employees welcomed me very nice but there was one lady that just kept staring at me like if I was going to take something I’m assuming. I did bring with me a brown bag but the bag was closed and sealed so there’s no way I can put anything in there. I felt chased and uncomfortable.I understand they are doing their job but it was not busy we were only two customer so it’s not that hard to keep an eye so why chase me and stare at me like I’m doing something wrong? I was looking at the test lotions that’s all I wasn’t even testing them just one I opened it and put it right back because of the way she was starting at me. Unfortunately will not come in this...
