Rated 1 out of 5 stars I have been with this company for a… I have been with this company for a total of 60 days for sormorelin therapy the first order went through flawlessly. It’s too soon to tell if the product is good or bad I placed a second order they charged me $428.69, which is the agreed rate for a 5 mL vile they charge me on 21 February. I never got a confirmation email. I reached out to a customer service rep name, Arianne she promptly got back to me and said that my order is being processed and I would receive a tracking number and the whole process should take 5 to 7 business days completely acceptable. I waited eight days and then reached out to her. She completely spaced out and told me if I need a second vile to place an order I forwarded her the email that she sent me a week prior saying the product had been processed and shipped out and I would receive a tracking number which I never did. I sent her a screenshot of my bank statement where BIMD had charged me the $428. She has not replied. My last correspondence was today. I told her that I will have my attorney take legal action and go to the Better Business Bureau and I’ll make it my mission in life reporting terrible reviews about this company/Pharmacy. This is completely unacceptable. I provided my order number. How can she not know the status of an order that they charge me almost $500 for I have not heard anything yet. I told them they have two business days by end of business Tuesday. I will take legal action. I will report the payment as fraudulent to my financial institution so I will be refunded they will be blacklisted, and we will take legal action against them for fraudulent practices. We will also report them to the BBB this is completely in total unacceptable behavior. I want to know the status of my order. I will continue to leave terrible reviews all over the Internet until somebody gets back to me and makes the situation right and delivers me the product that I was already charged for. Fraudulent company

I saw the add for BMIMD online and wanted to buy some Sermorelin injections for weight loss and muscle gain.. I filled up the form online, took the intake questions and enrolled in a monthly program which was costing $152.10 a month.. Once I finished my transaction I got a notification from my bank saying BMIMD had charged $512.20, I didn’t have enough money in my bank account to cover those and I had to borrow money and put in my account to avoid any overdraft charges. I had a few other bills which I had to pay, but couldn’t because BMIMD had taken more then I planned. I tried to find their contact information online, There is no telephone number to reach them, there is only an email address and once you email them it says that they’re gonna get back to you after 72 hours which is really upsetting as I needed help immediately. I emailed them telling them about what had happened, but I haven’t received a satisfactory answer from them. There is no clarity if I’m gonna receive my money back and if I’m gonna receive the full refund. $511.20 is a huge amount for me and it’s really disappointing that companies like this can just charge and don’t even bother inform or respond.. This company sounded like a fraud from the beginning as they don’t have any clear contact information and hardly anybody gives a satisfactory response to email People should not trust companies like BMIMD who con hardworking Americans without any...

As being post-menopausal I have struggled with my weight for years now. It’s seems after 45 I could not drop even a few pounds. I tried ginkgo kobala, Pilates, keto, green tea extract, etc… throwing money away on previous supplements, systems, shakes all to no avail. And then I tried the compounded Ozempic and WOO HOO🥳🙂☺️!!!
