This is my first time doing my hair at L&B. I went in with the intentions of finding a solution for covering my grey hairs that grew too quickly and came out looking more refreshed and younger so my husband say/! Lol

I had my whole head dyed darker, followed by lighter highlights and then toner.

Lika and Jesse made the whole experience less stressful and reassured me many times that it would come out beautiful and I truly believed their words. They were kind, patient and genuine, unlike many hair dressers I have visited in the past. Although the process was long, about 4 hrs, I was able to witness many different customers coming in from all over the neighborhood, with each customer, Lika and Jesse addressed their concerns and spoke to them like family; providing support and positive feedback and individual attention, while managing the queue.

First of all Lika, the owner, is such a talented hair stylist, you can freely leave yourself under her magic hands and she’ll do wonders, you’ll never regret it. I’ve tried a lot of hair dressers prior to her around Brooklyn and Queens but no one can’t top her. Besides herself, she has a great staff as well that does a great job on everything they do. @ microbladind_bylisa who not only helps on hair services, but could fix your eye brows and eylashes like no other. Jessi is also such a professional when it comes to dying your hair and blow drying them. Last but not least, on top of their proffesionalism, their hospitality is amazing as they make you feel like you are at home with their warm and friendly manners. I would recommand it to everybody. So glad I found Jessi at L&B Beauty Designers in my neighborhood! I was fortunate to have a family member in the beauty business and always got my haircut from her. I never trusted anyone else unless it was her business partner. Now that she’s retiring, I searched for a local salon and found L&B Beauty Designers. I received a warm welcome from Jessi and she listened to my concerns about my curly hair with long layers and gave me a great haircut! I also got my eyelashes tinted by Lisa. First time trying this out and equally impressed and pleased. I’m so happy I found this salon and looking forward towards my next visit and getting a new hair color that Jessi has recommended.
