Went back today for my second appointment (lash lift) and had a really great experience again! My lashes look fantastic.

The technician is very gentle and super thoughtful. She could tell I was cold after laying still for so long and brought over a blanket.

The receptionist was really kind and offered beverages, and you can tell they’ve put so much effort into making it a beautiful and calm space.

The first time I went I had just gotten my lashes tinted (big no, no) and so they did the lift TWICE at no extra charge because it didn’t work well.

One thing to keep in mind - they do charge a 3.5% fee for credit cards, so I recommend bringing cash or just being mentally prepared for the fee. I completely understand it as they are a small business but I think this could be made a little clearer on their online price list.

I recommend buying one of their packages. I wish they had been here last year when I got married! No more need to go into Manhattan...
