I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I had a negative experience here. I paid $60 (including tip) for a gel manicure. Online it is advertised as $47 but in the salon I was charged $50 as a cash price. About 1 week later, an entire gel nail peeled off and proceeded to happen on 2 other nails. When I called 10 days after my appointment, I was told I would be charged to get the peeled nails fixed (apparently they only have a 3-5 day policy for fixing nails) and even $15 to get them soaked off. I have never had a gel manicure that has lasted less than 3 weeks, so I am really disappointed. I usually go to Honey Nails without problems and would recommend them instead. The staff at Posh Nails are really nice so nothing against them. I just wish the techniques were at least of normal quality so my nails could last an average gel mani time rather than fall apart after 1 week, especially after paying for a service that should...

I’m unsure if it is always like this, but I did not have a great time here. I called ahead for a gel soak off and regular mani. They were very nice on the phone and at greeting. May was my tech and was nice at first, but then was very rough with my mani. She got me quite a few times with the drill bit, and wouldn’t communicate with me while doing so. I understand that maybe other techs are better/more experienced, but I didn’t appreciate the level of expertise she had with this, and now I have really sensitive fingers and cuticle areas.

I would have enjoyed the experience more if May was a little nicer and communicated with me more. There was a point where she painted two coats on my hands and then wiped them clean. I looked confused and no explanation. Otherwise, the salon was clean and put...

The ladies at Posh are so diligent, talented, and thoughtful that I drive out of my way to get my nails done there. The interior is clean, aesthetically inviting, and spacious yet intimate. They clearly pay close attention to utensil cleaning protocols as they either dispose of them or insert them into cleaning machinery after each use. And the place always smells so lovely!

They have a wide selection of colors and options (e.g., dip powder vs gel vs a combination). The seek to match your fingernail polish to your toenail polish (if that’s what you want) and execute whatever design you desire. They also seem to be up on all the new techniques and materials.

I’d recommend them to...

Great experience here! Noticed right away it doesn't have the chemically smell when you first walk in, which was great. Everyone is greeted upon entering and I noticed that there were regulars that were known by name. I got a basic manicure and it was the first time my tween got tips. I'm a super protective mo so I had a lot of questions. Sally was so patient and kind answering all my questions and guiding me to what would be the best option for her. My daughter was so pleased with how they turned out! I was too! My daughter said she wants to come back for her birthday. I will be back for a pedicure soon!

I’m so happy the owner Sally opened her shop finally. I love her way of handling her business, her employees and her amazing customers relationship skills. She remembers all of our names even after 1 visit. And she remembers what colors we love. She also chooses her technicians carefully, they are all very good at what they do(I always do designs). Sally does my nails personally a few times too and I’m a satisfied customers. That’s why I follow her to this new place from my usual location! šŸ˜‚ highly recommended and pls support new small business!
