Extremely unprofessional and ghetto environment. I came here twice (because they were recommended for their talents) with disastrous results. The first time the staff got into a huge, screaming alteration with a neighboring store owner that resulted in the police being called into the salon. I was interviewed by the police during my hair appointment. The second time was a scheduled bridal appointment where the owner failed to show for two hours because she was preparing for her vacation and gave multiple angry customers the same appointment time. Her poor assistants were calling frantically to try to figure out where she was since they could not style my hair. I ended up leaving because I did not want these people to ruin my special day. They may be talented but the lack of professionalism and the extremely ghetto environment makes it a terrible experience.
