This is my WORST experience with Uber Eats yet. They brought me the worst scraps of food I ever had, which my dog would not even eat.
I ordered a 2 for 1 price deal on the "crispy honey walnut shrimp (large)" and the whole thing was like eating sweet bread crumbs. It was all floating around in a yucky sauce that was sweet and overbearing. Very nauseating to eat. Since I had gotten 2, I gave one to my mom to share and she threw it out and said it was gross.
Basically everything bread crumbs and no shrimp, sweet sticky gross honey sauce, shrimp is only 10% of every coated bread crumbs ... like what did I even pay for? Complete garbage you sent me.
I also ordered rice with beef and it tasted like rubber. Junk.
I have a feeling this place substitutes poor food quality items to give customers who order online so they can still profit.
Just horrible. Terrible dishonest food services.
Do NOT order from this place over Uber under any circumstances.
Also, I gave 5 stars for the rating portion on "atmosphere" of this place out of fairness, only because I ordered online and have never seen this...
Read moreSo let me just say the portion and the amount of stuff u get is a lot. I order on Ubereats. My first item was a combo of fried rice, spare rib tips and fried chicken. First of all I never seen this combo at a chinese resturant. It came up to $10.99 which is also not bad for three items. I also order french fries, fried chicken and it came up to $8.99 with a soda. Once again other Chinese stores you would have to pay for the soda separately. I might be wrong but to me this was a resonable price. Also they came in a plastic container which I was suprise by not a foam box. My only complaint wad the fried chicken was salty. It might have been the sauce that was added. However the fried chicken with ribs was not as salty. Also they didn't add no sauce in the bags beside ketchup. However the spare ribs had enough sauce...

My sister ordered me some general tso and lo mein because we wanted to have a chill day with some Chinese food. I ate like most of it, and it was really delicious! The chicken was well cooked, tasted great. I looked at a piece of broccoli because I saw something weird and I was right. It’s like a meal worm or caterpillar or something. Really really disgusting. I looked for the place’s number to call and maybe get reimbursed for that platter or something but I couldn’t find their number anywhere.
Not trying to bash this place, food was good, but I have a serious phobia of bugs and genuinely almost vomited when I saw it. I hope this doesn’t happen again, and I’m really bummed that we paid for this, because I can’t bring myself to finish the food.
