shitty experience all together, the workers didn’t even know i had an apt, i arrived and they tried to send me home and act like i didn’t have an apt and had a customer service worker call me as i was sitting inside?? i told them i already paid im here on vacation im not leaving so i was told to wait 20 min and was then taken in. the workers didn’t speak any english so the person doing my head treatment couldn’t communicate with me at all, she didn’t check to see what service i was getting and started doing a facial??? i was doing a head massage treatment. regardless we moved on with the treatment after we used google translate to figure out what she was doing. felt nice but she was extremely rough and got water in my ear a bunch. it’s now a week later and i have a severe ear infection which took me to the hospital where i had to be prescribed medication. besides the point of that, as i was completing my service and paying the other half since you pay online when you make the apt, i was paying and the lady who completed my service wouldn’t let me put the tip i wanted. most wouldn’t have tipped at all but i still tipped 15% and she kept cancelling the payment to try and get 25%???? like what the hell. stay away...

I booked Le Beauty after seeing the high rating and reviews. I was very disappointed with my experience and even more disappointed that I brought my friends that live overseas to what was supposed to be a nice relaxing time but turned into a poor experience for each of us.

At first we originally booked 3 scalp treatments to happen at the same time but was told only a few days before my appointment that they will only be able to take 2 at the same time instead. I made this appointment over a month in advance so had they known they can only take max 2 scalp treatments at a time, I should’ve been notified well in advance so that I can plan accordingly.

I ended up getting a facial instead since they couldn’t take a 3rd scalp treatment, but at no point did it feel relaxing or good. It felt like the lotion and creams were just being lathered on and some of the clay face mask ended up on my shirt. I regretted that I booked a 90 minute facial because that’s a long time for an unenjoyable service.

My overall experience was definitely not worth the price and not sure how there are so many positive reviews when each of us 3 had the same poor quality experience. It was not what I was expecting,...

So let me start with this. Booking was damn near impossible. No one answered the phone and I texted someone who got back to me sporadically. But we worked it out. I showed up on time.

Now, I’m a black woman with natural textured hair in micro locs. I came because tik tok suggested this place for a Japanese hair wash. I walked in and one the ladies said she couldn’t wash my hair because “my type of hair wouldn’t get clean” I was offended but lets just say not a lot of black woman come here. Fine. They called management who clearly said, “do you want money or not?” And she did it begrudgingly.

My hair got washed yes. Very very clean. But the massage was wack and so was the facial. I have no idea what products she used. No scents on anything. And I had to listen to the conversation of the other girls the entire time. Facial was Just a sheet mask and eye covers. The massage was without technique. Did not take 90 mins as promised. I had to ask her to show me the hair microscope and she didn’t want to do that. Then she demanded, yes demanded a 20% tip after only accepting a Zelle payment.

Not worth $150 almost $200. The spa is cute and well...
