Called in to book an appointment for 2. When we got there, the front clerk lady,Emily, was extremely rude and dismissive. We told her we had called in advance for the appointment and she said we were at the wrong place. I tried calling the number in front of her again and all of a sudden the number wasn’t going through. Mind you, the whole time, the girl who was actually going to perform the massage was on the side signialing us to come (she was very sweet and welcoming). Since Emily said we didn’t have an appointment and my number wasn’t on her phone, we had to leave. Back in my car, I called the number again and it went though and I she confirmed the address we just left and the same phone number I booked the appointment through. We ended up canceling the appointment because of the lack of remorse and how RUDE Emily was!!! Wish I tipped the masseuse in retrospect but the experience was not pleasant and I truly believe she racially profiled us. Our voices over the phone didn’t match our looks in...

My masseuse was drinking a can of soda with one hand while massaging my back with the other, and ended up spilling her drink on my back. Truly an unbelievable and gross experience, I was shocked. In addition to that, her technique was mediocre at best -- most of her 'massaging' consisted of just pressing downward very hard onto various spots on my back. I walked away feeling like my insides were squished, and woke up the following morning with noticeable back pain. Some masseuses there are fine, while others, like this most recent one, are truly unprofessional and provide a poor-quality experience.

Another time, I went for a couples' massage and my masseuse was talking -- at full volume -- with the other masseuse the entire time until I politely asked her not to. The rooms are small and tired-looking, and the experience is full-on frustrating. For the price and quality, I will definitely be going elsewhere...

I received a 60 min Swedish massage which was average, but I will personally not be back because I just did not like the dirty looking carpet, the bathroom was so small and dirty, there was an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The price was definitely attractive but you get what you pay for so if you just want a massage and don’t care much about appearance and cleanliness this place will do, but personally I care. What really upset me was I called twice because I was running late trying to find parking and both times the woman who answered the phone seemed like she did not understand much English and hung up on me, I still went because I already cleared out my day and was looking forward to a massage but that was horrible customer service which is actually the main reason I...
