If you ever in the mood for great service, and awesome food. I highly recommend this neighborhood gem! Loved the food, friendly, laid back service. Grateful to dine in a very clean establishment that ensures the safety of staff, and guests by checking for proof of vaccinations, bottles of sanitizer are on each table. They have outdoor dining, and indoor dining, plenty of space to respectfully social distance, and enjoy your meal. The food is cooked to order, the music, and ambience is great. My dining experience was so wonderful, I really did not want to leave. If your not interested in breakfast. Definitely try their other entrees, the onion rings, and other dishes looked very tasty! No one in my party had any complaints with the food or great service. Thank you Midnight Express for an excellent dining experience.

Passed by so many times. Finally had the occasion to visit. Late at 10:45 PM but the menu was still completely full! To be safe, ordered a simple breakfast platter. Note: when you add a meat, it jumps from $9.Xx to $13.xx! I considered this for a moment but decided anything less than $15 is still a deal and pulled! Good choice!! 1. Food = excellent & plentiful! I actually could NOT finish and took 1/2 home! The short fat pork sausages were SO good!! 2. Quality = Delish!! And before I could ask for Hot sauce or Ketchip, it was already there in very clean stalls! 3. Great Ambiance!! This was one of the best parts of my stay: Ppl coming IN-OUT with interesting stories and just really LOVING LIFE!! This place makes me cry for my family and life.. I’m literally feeling guilty for visiting alone!

The food is pretty good. The service is quick. The only thing that was really weird was when the hostess asked my cousin her name for the waiting list, my cousin was going to spell her name for her since it’s a really unique name her parents made up at birth but the hostess commentary was “you don’t have to spell it like i am dumb, just say it.” I think that is really strange commentary to say especially to someone who has a really unique name and knows the spelling is hard. 🥴🥴🥴 The drinks were good. We had ordered some brunch items, coffee and desert. I would come back to this restaurant. Like a typical American diner, you pay at the entrance. They take credit card, cash and debit card as forms of payment.

If I could give zero stars I would… especially to my host John, with the front line speech. Thought customer gets what they pay for, not here!! My date ordered a medium rare burger, it was ultra bloody, asked the host John if it could get cooked a little longer, instead of them just cooking the burger a little longer, he pulled out his note pad, and said you look he ordered medium rare. I said ok, I understand that, but this burger is super bloody and blan. Can the cook just cook it a little longer. They refused!😒.. I ordered chicken fingers and fries, the fingers were a little over cooked 🤷🏽♀️ but hey that’s this lame dinner, don’t come here after midnight. Terrible service!!!

I love fries in general but these were alright. I got the Soprano Chicken Panini. It was filling, I was only able to finish half of it. The chicken was a little dry, the pepper and chicken lacked flavor in my opinion. We also got the Pineapple Express smoothie which was really good. I came here last year for breakfast and got their pancakes and waffles. This is a nice spot to chill on a late night or early morning. It wasn’t too packed of busy even though most of the booths and seats were taken, not too loud at all. The bathroom is, however, very small with little to no leg room. The server paid a lot of attention to filling up our waters and clearing our plates.

I grew up in nj so i really love a good diner. This corner location has one of the better reputations and ive been waiting to go here for a bit to try it out. Probably not my favorite. Its got that nyc diner feel to it. Kinda rushed food. Tight fit. The goal is to make the food on the menu and turnover the table for the next person. I didnt try the pancakes but the waffles were better than the french toast, but tbh i cant see why id want to go here to order that waffle instead of making it at home. Maybe theres a different reason this place is popular - i live close by so ill likely try again and give it a fresh take next time.
