I had the pleasure to meet Thalia in Louis Vuitton and provided one of the most memorable experiences. Thalia was one of the friendliest SA I’ve met at any of the locations I’ve ever been too. I inquired about the Custom Hot Stamp for my newly purchased Sarah Wallet and she went above and beyond with not only providing information but also allowing me to see the process behind the scenes. The reason why it made it even more special it’s because a previous rep denied the service and had no idea on the process yet she was well informed and stepped in to help which is what any customer especially at Louis Vuitton wants. We visited NYC in early September and ordered a bag at Louis Vuitton at Bloomingdales. I received an email stating the handbag is in the 59th store.....10 days ago. After multiple emails and phone calls to/from Louis Vuitton, no one seems to know why this has not been shipped. I have stated that Simon sold the bag, he was told to ship it, and he should follow through. The Asian guy servicing fragrances in the women’s section lied straight to my face. I went in asking for 3 specific samples to try planning to return on Friday once I make my decision. He opened the drawer where I saw the entire inventory of samples and told me that they didn’t have them 😂. He instead opted to give me a random scent to try. I don’t understand why he isn’t incentivized to give me what I requested, but needless to say, I will be purchasing another brand...
