I called this shop to get a quote on my beloved vintage sewing machine and the owner knew the machine by model number! Clearly extremely knowledgeable, and a great price quoted so I felt at ease to bring it in. Owner is so nice and clearly extremely talented and experienced, my machine was done in less time than quoted (same day!) and he even delivered it to my apartment free of charge.
