I love it when people lie bc I always have proof to back it up. I recorded the conversation you guys were having about my hair. My hair was never in a knot 😂 I have before and after pictures as well. Please come with the TRUTH. You never asked me if I had braids before. The only thing you said to me was that my hair was tangled which was a lie your just not used to doing black people's hair be honest. You SPOKE about it amongst your coworkers In Spanish. How could you have asked me if I had braids if you barely speak English? I'm very aware of what discrimination is. Every time I've walked into that salon I asked can you guys do my hair and if you felt like you were incapable of doing so. Why aren't mentioning how aggressive your hair washer is? Since I got to the salon, I was met with an irritated attitude. I called to make sure I could go there at that time. Then the person that washed my hair was incredibly messy and soaked me, shampoo suds flying everywhere, but she blamed me. The music was so loud, like we were in a club, that I couldn't hear what was being told to me, then they lowered it. The cut was longer than I wanted and crooked. She didn't check, and the blowout was not done well, which is shock because blowouts in the area are usually great. It is something Dominican salons are known for. I don't recommend it. I miss my old salon in the neighborhood. Price was good but not for the treatment. I'd rather pay more, honestly, if...
