I was very excited to visit the NYC store, as I've bought several pieces of clothing online. However, as Olga said in her review, no one even acknowledged that I was in the store and when I finally got their attention to ask about a specific dress I had seen online, instead of looking in their database, they asked me to pull up a photo on my phone and then said "it'll probably be here in a couple weeks". No offer to contact me or ask if I wanted to try anything else on. They simply walked away from the desk. When I got home, I looked up the dress again and noticed it said "Online Only" - so clearly they don't know anything about their inventory nor do they care to interact with customers. Total let down. Will stick to ordering online from now on. Shame as clothes are nicely made...

During a busy Sunday afternoon, I observed that while white customers (about 5 groups) were warmly greeted, offered assistance, and promptly attended to, I, as an Asian customer, was completely ignored. Despite my genuine interest in browsing items and making eye contact with a staff member for assistance, I was repeatedly overlooked. It appears that this store, situated in the upper east side, prioritizes the comfort and needs of privileged white clientele over others. This experience was nothing but disappointing and disgusting.
