Also, poor packaging in the actual shoe box. What happened to inspection and quality control prior to shipment? Not what I expect from Christian Louboutin. Had to seek a last minute alternative due to this company's negligence and poorly executed resolution. Hung up on by client services multiple times and not offered a prompt resolution along with no sense of empathy. My refund was unnecessarily delayed. Requested a manager multiple times and it was not honored. An associate did falsley represent themselves I found out later as a Supervisor and still did not promptly resolve the matter. No one went above and beyond. I will not support or recommend this company due to horrible customer service experience. Unacceptable on every level. Mortified as a first time customer and purchasing directly from the brand. I brought in a pair of heels I bought a few weeks ago. Wore them once and the strap is falling apart and the leather on the heel ripped. I wore them for one hour at dinner and took them off after in the restaurant. He looked at the shoe for one second and said “oh you must have gone in the subway or walked on the subway grate and ripped the heel this was your accident not ours ” Handed me a card for a shoe repair store and said there’s nothing we can do.Meanwhile the check out girl told me that this shouldn’t happen the straps shouldn’t be falling apart like this.
