I’ve been a loyal customer of Mehzabeen for quite some time now, and I truly appreciate the beautiful products and reliable services they consistently provide. The quality of their clothing and the overall shopping experience have always kept me coming back.That said, I do want to kindly share a small piece of feedback with the hope that it’s received in the spirit of care and improvement. Sometimes, I’ve felt that the staff could be a bit more approachable and patient, especially when customers want to take a closer look at items before making a purchase — which is completely natural. A warm attitude can make a big difference, and kindness truly costs nothing. I completely understand that working in retail can be overwhelming at times, and I have great respect for the hard work the staff puts in every day. I simply hope to see a little more friendliness and understanding during visits.
