My sons a little chubby for a 4 year old he’s about 55lbs so he’s wearing a size S for boys . I love it 😍 he’s super warm all the time, his neck is warm and fuzzy the hood is cute and it comes off. I just think the pockets are a bit to tight for when he wants to put his hands inside but overall I love the coat. Just such an annoying experience to exchange since I had purchased online during a sale , I had to pay the difference which is not an issue but since my son didn’t go to the store with me to try it on I had to run back again to do another exchange and it was just a lot of drama I had gone to the Westchester location with my receipts and everything and they needed it call soho to confirm … soho never answered since they’re “busy” lol I had to drive all the way done to soho the next day for them to confirm and than they told me they DONT EVEN HAVE HIS SIZE 🙄😒 I i had to really go all the way back to Westchester mall again. Anyways moral is if they’re are only 2 stores I’d assume the customer service would be WAY BETTER especially since soho never answered the phone . I don’t even understand if I had a receipt why Westchester didn’t want to take the coat back even if it was an older version . Customer service needs to have way more communication cause the amount of gass I waisted...

Such a nice location but holy cow it was sooo ratchet and loud! some celebrity was there “who dated some rapper” every time I asked but super pretty and friendly girl! No clue who it was and sadly not even the workers lol. The crazy stuff was that some one from the crowd kept calling one of the workers there pzifer and making fun of her yet she held her composure and held herself professionally. Im sorry but no employee should have to tolerate harassment and that type of bullying due to taking a vaccine and making one feel uncomfortable.. Moose knuckle should take a look into this and compensate their employee. After they left she was so traumatized that she was complaining to another co worker. That is so sad that such a prestigious company is allowing such a crowd to promote its brand. I was going to purchase a jacket but dropped the one I liked and purchased the gift needed because unfortunately I cant stand big businesses who can't protect their employees so they can get some fame from a celebrity! And dont want to spend $1200 on a jacket supporting that type...

Stay away and DO NOT buy from Moose Knuckle! I bought a coat from Moose Knuckle for $900, and when it arrived, it was way too big and didn’t look anything like the online photo – it was totally off! When I tried to return it, their customer service was rude and unhelpful. They refused to refund me because they said it was discounted, even though I returned the coat within a week, and instead offered me a gift card I didn’t want. They claimed their decision was based on their return policy, but here’s the truth: their return policy isn’t even available to view on the checkout page or the shopping page where you view the items before you click "Submit Payment" - there’s no link to it at all!
