My daughter gets her nails done here all the time and they look amazing so she recommends her nail tech to me. I’m not use to the rules of booking, paying a deposit prior to your visit because I live upstate and this isn’t the norm, agreed I ran late due to traffic, leaving work, dropping kids off, etc...life really happened and it was just one of those days. Anyway I get there, sincerely apologized to the tech, no response, not only does she keep the deposit which was fine the rules are the rules if you’re late you forfeit your deposit, but she rushed through my nails, didn’t even give me the almond shape that I wanted, my nails are super pointy although she had the pic right in front of her. It appeared she had an attitude which made me too uncomfortable to even inform her that I wasn’t quite satisfied with my nails and the way I felt I was being treated. She barely gave me any eye contact, then in all of ten minutes done, gave me the price and before I could get up, called the next customer Over, so I’m paying with my credit card signing over that customer... over charged as my design was ridiculously simple, poorly treated, and just a waste of my long drive and time...truly disappointed as I was really looking for somewhere I...

As a customer I questioned my self on how this business is run?!. I scheduled an Appointment through the link provided on IG. I realized that day I scheduled a time that interfered with my work schedule. I called EVERY single number and email listed on their page. I even went and sent a message on IG, NOONE ever got back to me, the day of the appointment tried calling again and never got an answer. In the afternoon received a call from the Tech because she thought she was calling a restaurant to order food, I explained to her that I had been calling since the day before to re-schedule. Long story short she hang up the phone on me the moment I spoke to her in English, then the manager walked to the hair salon I do my hair next door to them, extremely rude and unprofessional, trying to tell me they called me and a bunch of non sense. They can stay with $20.00 booking I wish I read the reviews before booking, I believe god just save me from an infection or a fungus. First time visit tonight. I’m classmates with the owner and needed my nails done for a wedding. Figured i would support her and try a new place.

I’m giving NailSquad 5 stars because she made me feel comfy, the shop is beautiful and my nail tech was great. Thank you Italia! She did such a great job that my full set looks like my real nails only with a French mani! Impressive! My only critique is that she did clip my cuticles on two fingers a bit too low which caused some bleeding. I love my nails (and am so impressed by them) so much that I honestly didn’t care lol!
