I wish i could give a 0 star just for bad costumer service....well let me start of by saying the cake is not bad i accualy liked it enough to maybe go back...thier customer service is horrible the old lady in the front always has an attitude I ordered a cake there because my friend had recommended a cake spot which turned out not to be this one but yet another one that was down the block....when i noticed that wasnt the place she had recommended an hour later after placing the order and paying the cake in full i went back and explained to them i didnt want the cake cause i had ordered from them accidentally and they did not want to give me my money back they so i had no other choice but to leave it as store credit....on top of that 3 months later because i had the credit there i decided to order my brothers bday cake there which costed me half of the credit i had there and they were pissed of cause i wasnt spending my credit all at once...when she told me that i told her right away first off you guys didnt wanna give me my money back so i can spent my credit when i want and in what ever i want thats money that i gave you guys in which i never got nothing for!!!! I repeat the cake is good their just bad with customer service...

Ordered a cake for a baptism a week in advance. The day of the pick up, the cake was poorly done, it was slanted and looked like it was melting. I pointed it out and the cashier said she can have the Baker make a new cake within 15 mins and I agreed although I was already disappointed. I waited and when the next cake came out, it was even worse. First off, the baker slams the cake into the counter top as if he was mad that he had to redo the cake, the ribbon on the cake was coming out, and they decided to leave out any details like flowers and patterns the previous cake had designed. I didn't even get an apology. I asked for my deposit money back and walked away with no cake. What a disgrace that they ask you for time in advance to make a cake and they still do a terrible job on what was supposed to be a simple cake. Stay away from this...

Ready-to-buy cakes are good and the right sizes from 1/2 lb to 1 lb. 1lbs.=$50 They do custom cakes, should be placed in advance obviously. 🎂

Experience: Younger woman at register seemed annoyed when I came. I told her I want a birthday cake with vanilla filling with pink decorating. She just stared at me and then pointed at paper with the prices per weight of cake. As if she can't just say it. On top of that, she talked to friend that came in and she just straight up talked to him for the next 10 minutes. Completely ignoring the fact I was waiting for my cake. Wanted to get her attention but afraid she might get mad and deny me some cake.

I was hoping to talk with the older woman on the phone. She seemed nicer, like a grandmother wanting to serve you the cake...
