(If I could give 0 stars, I would) I worked with an agent Abraham Bah, and he asked me for a $250 application fee, along with a security deposit of $1,600, for a place that was already being rented unbeknownst to us. The rent there was actually $2,995. The landlord does not even know who he is or who is actually listing the apartment as available when tenants are already occupying the unit and have been since March. This is very dishonest and misleading. Why not list both prices for price transparency vs misleading clients? Not ethical. Only Gave additional star because the agent was really nice but I’d give less than 0 for the bait and switch. Please fix listing prices and be...
