Elder Law Clinic director is a liar who has been stringing a long an elderly family member for months now. She has falsely claimed nonreceipt of Certified Mail documents sent to her and she has also not filed any of this paper work with the Court. We also believe that she has been providing information to real estate speculators who have been writing to the elderly family member she was retained to represent. She has a n incompetent attorney. Her name is Elizabeth Valentin and she is the director of the clinic. The law school admin has turned a blind eye to these issues. My recommendation is that no one use this law schoo's Elder Law Clinic for any assistance. It's a poorly run clinic and I regret ever having requested their assistance for my elderly relative. Sketchy and terrible experience. Transferred out. The envious staff bother people. They literally tried to short my federal loans and were falsifying my attendance records (which they can use to downgrade your grade without notice).
