Been going for several years now. I love it! Geeta is wonderful! Dr GOPAL is one of a kind!!! He’s magnificent! I’ve always had only the best experiences. No complaints whatsoever! This is my pain management clinic for always. I could always depend on for my back pain management and therapy, etc. Physical therapy was great with Suda. I recommend all to visit for their pain management needs. This is number one clinic for it!!!! And very compassionate towards patients when getting back injections or any other injections. Anyone interested in being put to a twilight state (asleep) during procedure this is the place. Not everyone can handle being awake during a procedure like that. Montefiore pain management doesn’t even give that option but Dr GOPAL is compassionate about a patients concern regarding their fears and for that one reason I commend him and his staff. Keep up the magnificence and thank you. Dr Gopal is great. I have been his patient for many years. His anesthesiologist is also an awesome Doctor. You are treated with respect. A month ago I went for an epidural injection for my back, a few weeks prior to that I had meniscus tear, my orthopedic Dr wouldn’t prescribe anything for the pain ( terrible pain and the whole leg was swollen)until an MRI was done which by the time the insurance approves it , the facility has an opening to do it and the Ortopedic Doctor see me again it would have taken a few months. This office has been a huge disappointment. I came for emergency pain management. All I was given was a heated pad and a pitch for a wellness journey. Also, the office never sent my pain medication prescription to my pharmacy and now I will be in pain all weekend. Also, this office was unable to communicate successfully with my insurance company to get an emergency MRI. I spoke to the insurance company and they said this was absolutely possible and my doctor was misinformed. I explained this to your office and nothing was done. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I was given at this office and do not trust them to treat me any further...
