I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for over 10 years, but my most recent visit was appalling and deeply disappointing. A technician named Nancy, who also appears to be the manager since she was instructing other staff, actually shouted at me in front of the entire salon to “get out of my salon.” She said they would not do my nails because I was “too difficult”, all because I asked the technician to be gentle and sought clarification on the nail style. I wasn’t sure of the exact name at first (it turned out to be acrylic gel, though the technician had initially said UV gel), and instead of helping me understand, Nancy was dismissive and rude, even saying “nobody in this salon can do that.”

She then roughly took over from the technician, yanked at my hand in a way that was almost painful, and ordered me to leave. Being shouted at and humiliated in front of other customers was not only unprofessional, but shockingly rude and unnecessary.

What made this experience even more troubling was that I sensed a discriminatory undertone in how I was treated. It left me wondering if Nancy would have behaved the same way toward other customers, or if my background influenced the disrespect I received. Looking at other reviews, I see I’m not alone in raising concerns about this kind of behavior.

In all my years coming here, nothing like this has ever happened. Sadly, since the newer technicians and what appears to be a new manager have taken over, the professionalism, respect, and customer service have declined drastically.

After more than a decade of loyalty, I left feeling very disrespected, and unwelcome. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to think twice before choosing this salon. And ofcourse the response to all bad reviews is ' you are not welcome here' and 'this area not welcome you'. The audacity!!!!!. There are many great salons in the area that offer excellent servive with top notch customer care. Good luck to this spa retaining customers with this abrasive and...

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I got my nails done for my birthday on August 29th. I went in for a fill and a gel pedicure. When I walked in I felt rushed, while he was filing both my toe nails and nails with the drill he cut my toe and fingers along with making my nail bed very thin and red. He told me to relax but how can you relax when that’s happening. I also asked to cut my cuticles they didn’t get cut instead there’s gel polish in them. I also asked for coffin nails but he did almond on three nails before I noticed which he had to make my natural nails shorter than how I wanted them. I tried to like what was done but something needs to be said. I spent $118 plus a $3 tip because when I signed I didn’t want to leave a tip because of the job but he pushed the paper back which made me feel uncomfortable as if a tip was needed. After I paid I went to the bathroom to use it and get ready to leave when I walked out to open the door the same guy that did my nails was trying to listen in on my conversation. This was my first time coming here and will be my last I felt uncomfortable and I feel robbed out of $121 for a service that’s already not looking good and is 4 days old and my nail bed is still sore. (Mind you I have been getting hard gel for years and I’ve never had an...

UPDATED REVIEW ‼️‼️‼️

I visited yesterday to get my nails done, and I had a horrible experience.

This is not my first time here—in fact, this used to be my go-to nail salon. I’ve visited often in the past.

However, this time I noticed a lot of new staff members and possibly a new manager.

They were extremely rude. No one helped me find the shade I was looking for. The manager literally yelled at me, saying, “You have to select from these shade cards.” I don’t believe for a second that they didn’t have a darker shade than the one they showed me. Unsurprisingly, I ended up not finding the right color.

The nail artist who was assigned to me was also very disrespectful and clearly didn’t want to do my nails. If that’s the case, ask someone else to take over. She was speaking in her native language while showing me shade options, and it was obvious she was talking negatively. On top of that, she didn’t even finish my other hand properly. They usually offer a back massage at the end, but she barely touched my shoulders for two seconds.

It was an extremely disrespectful and disappointing experience. I’m definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to...

Update: I’ve been back multiple times already and now I’m recommending my friends that work nearby to try out their SNS powder nails. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure recently and they look so good. I love that the staff pays so much attention to removing my cuticles and shaping my nails. I did not feel rushed and that’s one of the most important things when I choose a nail salon. I love the wide variety of colors they offer to choose from. Amy did my pedicure and took her time working on my cuticles, which is a must for me when it comes to choosing a good nail salon. The polish came out clean and neat, and Amy carefully removed any polish that touched the skin. She finished the session with a nice 30-second shoulder massage. I think I’ve found my new favorite nail salon. Thank you, Amy!

I no longer live in the city, but my office is down the block and I always try and get in for a manicure or pedicure whenever I'm in the office. This is by far the most durable powder mani of any of the nail places I go to. Case in point: this is a mani I got on Dec 3. It is now Jan 6. Are my nails horribly grown out? Yes. But is there a single chip? No. I have three kids ages 7 and younger, zero free time, and have done about 9,000 dishes and changed a million diapers since early December, but my powder mani is still going strong. (I also had a powder mani done here in late July that I finally peeled off in early October to get a Halloween themed manicure at a place near my home.)
