Amazing and wonderful show! The talent is incredible- the voices! The choreography is interesting and engaging, but the VOICES!!! We truly loved the show. Easy to purchase tickets. 2 suggestions: If one is planning to purchase Broadway tickets do so well in advance, as the longer you wait the more expensive they seem to be. Range for this show the day friend and I went was in the 200's to almost 500's I think, per ticket. Second, for Hamilton it may help to listen to the soundtrack (free on youtube) before going. Almost everything is conveyed through rap, with fast-paced lyrics. If one is hard of hearing or not used to listening to that pace of music, it is easy to miss things. You don't want to be frustrated. The music is wonderful, just know the pace is very quick. It helped me tremendously to listen to the soundtrack before going so I had some prior knowledge...but I realize many like to be completely surprised. Broadway shows? Cannot beat them!!! Superb...

I realized my error immediately and tried to contact a customer service representative but that’s not possible with their automated system. I was unable to change the tickets for the correct date. They would not send me MY tickets to me in enough time to try to resell them. My only option was to permit them to resell MY tickets on my behalf. They successfully resold MY tickets but their policy is to only give me a voucher good for one year. They refused to reimburse my funds directly to me for the sell of MY tickets. Fortunately I was able to use the voucher for tickets that cost less than the value of my voucher. I was not allowed to use the remainder of the voucher value on other tickets. Read moreI booked my tickets from Apple Pay and it automatically selected my old glitchy email. This was my mistake. However, I wasted all afternoon trying to get my tickets. There is no customer service to speak to a human. They sent a chat link and said they can’t find my tickets. Another time the computer recognized my email wasn’t working and it said they would reach out to a live rep. No rep came to the chat and I waited a long time and received no response. I also sent an email through their message sender. My bank said it went through and I booked a last minute show. It’s so frustrating and it shouldn’t be this hard to get my tickets emailed to the proper address. It’s really stressful. I hope that they fix it by tomorrow. I wouldn’t book through this sight since it’s so hard to talk to an actual person...
