Hello everyone 😁 I would just like to say I am quite happy and pleased working at Noor agency for over 8 to almost 9 years on and off. I realize being a temp and a temp agency is extremely wacky work and takes a lot to organizeing and Noor has always done a really good job at that. I got hired by Trevor the man who's always professional and easy going my other handlers I like to call them , like Thelma D.( 😁I can be a character) but especially "Maria Carpio" my main person, manager booking agent. I can't believe the amount of work that they have to do and the amount of workers like myself and clients that they all have to take care of constantly balancing it out and being fair with everyone and they really do go out of their way to be fair scheduling the work. Like any place sometimes the pay gets a little mixed up but they always taken care of it , Maria's right on the ball with that. Maria always handles my kvetching without any problems 😆. I enjoy working all over the city at different locations and what's really nice about Noor with Trevor and Maria is they never give you any problems if a location let's just say that I'm/your not happy about you could always let them know without any hassles or worries ,they always want us to work someplace that we enjoy. This type of business is wacky it's up and down and I understand that and they really do go out of their way to get as much done and work to give us as possible we go from you know oh my God I can't handle anymore please please to okay where is the work but they always find some. It's always so easy to communicate with them at the office. And they make it quite easy to come and go with your scheduling when you're doing other work at other places to go along with them .And again I just like to thank Maria for everything I do appreciate it. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. This staffing seemed professional at first. Michael Richards and Alan Troy who were in charge of helping me get a job which they did find something after a month for a temporary position which was supposed to be for 2 weeks straight only to tell me after it was four days. There was a lot of miscommunication because once I started working, On the third day to be exact the people for which I started working told me to go home when I had just gotten there. I was told it was due to there being to many people recruited on the day which there was other people being hired. I then called to let them know which they didn’t even apologize for the miscommunication nor they seem concerned. After picking up my check I never received no call. I forgot to mention they had told me they had a great offer for a job which I even turned down another job offer I had gotten before them saying and telling me to be careful and not fall for scams so anyways I gave them a chance because I did say well they got me a temp even though they were unprofessional and did not comply for what they would say. Well like I said I picked up the check and when I did i asked about the job offer offer to which Michael response was I will talk to Alan and never heard back .
