So phone screen broke at 7pm on a Friday night, I was 25mins away from the store and I begged him to wait on me as I was about to lose my mind and would you believe he waited???? Even the security guards were not happy they had to wait for me but he wanted to help me so he didn't cater to their miserableness. Excellent customer service! Quick, courteous and straightforward. My missed call was returned in minutes by Boris since I didn't know where his stall was in the coliseum. Once I found his stall, he took one look at my daughter's iphone 11 pro max broken screen, told me the price to replace the screen, which I agreed to and he fixed it in under 15 minutes. I was I was told I could go to Best buy to geek squad and get my PS4 upgraded with a SSD drive. When I got there I was told that they don't do PS4s anymore. Outside in front of the Best buy waiting for a cab I looked up New York gadget fix. They're located in the Jamaica coliseum, Queens. The SSD replacement was a snap but I couldn't reinstall the firmware for the PS4 reinstallation they did it for me it was no problem I was very happy. If you wanted to upgrade your PS4 with a fast SSD I recommend them to do the firmware and even the hardware swap. Thank you New...
