Hello, I had a very bad experience in this clinic because of disrespect for people and incorrect diagnosis. Natasha works at the front desk, she receives people with problems terribly, explains very poorly, rude and inarticulate, disrespectful. She decides everything for the doctor, the doctor does not have time to say anything, and she immediately speaks for the doctor and gives the diagnosis. I had a broken leg, and when I was talking to the doctor, Natasha behaves like a doctor, she gets ahead of the doctor and interrupts him, that the doctor cannot understand anything and after that he gave me the wrong diagnosis and as a result I had to ask for an MRI, Natasha does not understand where she works, she works in an orthopedic clinic, where people come with problems, and each diagnosis is very important for each person. Said i needed flat foot reconstruction. although i came in for chronic left ankle issue hoping for a alternative to ongoing managment. Focused solely on flat foot as opposed to the elephant in the room despite the fact that I have arthritis with bone spur.
Shouldnt trauma related issue in ankle be prioritized over flat feet. Before, any talk of treating the flat foot/feet especially surgery for it. It didnt make any sense.
I might only be a patient. The doctor has been in the field and studied it but clearly his reccomendation didnt make any sense.
Now. I am going to piodatrist surgeon whom is looking more at trauma related issue than focusing solely on the flat feet. I could be doing ankle surgery for my issue with her which Dr andrew turtel wrongly believes...
