Natasha works at the front desk, she receives people with problems terribly, explains very poorly, rude and inarticulate, disrespectful. She decides everything for the doctor, the doctor does not have time to say anything, and she immediately speaks for the doctor and gives the diagnosis. Said i needed flat foot reconstruction. although i came in for chronic left ankle issue hoping for a alternative to ongoing managment. Focused solely on flat foot as opposed to the elephant in the room despite the fact that I have arthritis with bone spur.

Shouldnt trauma related issue in ankle be prioritized over flat feet. Before, any talk of treating the flat foot/feet especially surgery for it. It didnt make any sense.

I might only be a patient. The doctor has been in the field and studied it but clearly his reccomendation didnt make any sense.
