It’s Monday 23:32, me and my friend arrived 10 mins ago. IM IN THE DEEPEST SHOCK. We were not welcomed at all in the front and felt very rushed to figure out where we wanted to sit. I get it, it’s not Saturday, but Google says you guys are open till 2 am. That’s the reason why we chose to come over and have drinks and meal here at the first place. If you are ready to close down at 11 pm, mark it on Google, don’t fool people. Bartender and the front crew weren’t happy with our presence at all, girl in the front was smiling and accommodated, but the moment we set at the bar, the bartender threw menus at us on a counter like he is making us a huge favor. We asked if kitchen can cut a burger for us for 2 and he made a very TALKING FACE, Saying that best we can hope for is 2 toothpicks. We got our food order, which was wrong, we ordered burger with salad, not fries, we also got chicken bites and I asked the bartender if they had any blue cheese, he didn’t even turn on me, he just mumbled “yeah, give me a second” and went wherever. AWFUL SERVICE. DISGUSTING. I’ve been in hospitality for 13 years myself and I have never ever in my life felt so unwelcomed for no reason. It’s outrageous and you never should make your customers feel that way.

Never coming back. Your stuff should know better

P.S the moment we ordered our food, bartender decided that a convo with a coworker is more important so we could never get an extra blue cheese sauce, even though we were calling for him.

P.S AN UPDATE. We did manage to ask for a sauce and he returned back from a kitchen with a smile telling us we are not getting any sauce whatsoever because kitchen is closed. No one ever communicated this and gave us a last call and the delivery is just OUTRAGEOUS. I cannot remember when was the last time I had such a horrible...

Came here for bottomless brunch. The place was cute but the service was not. Sat at the bar and usually bartenders are have a great personality, and are attentive but omg, this bartender sucked. While ordering he would walk away mid order, never gave any napkins and didn’t even make sure our cups were clean before serving us water(Water cup was super gross). Anywho-for the bottomless you have like 6 choices and most of the ones were awful. They are all premade so you can’t tell them how you want the drink to be and they don’t taste fresh. Especially the mimosa, legit had no bubbles and barely tasted like a mimosa. The Bloody Mary was thick like a pasta sauce and too grainy. I received a maltmosa(by accident cus the bartender loved walking away while I was ordering another mimosa lol) and I swear it was just beer. The margarita was alright but def not as great as other brunch spots with margaritas on the menu. Pretty much disliked all the premade drinks I tried. They supposedly premade all the drinks because it gets crowded, and it’s easier for them, and I get that, but when it’s not (like when I went) why not just make the drink fresh? I did end up telling the manager about the bad quality of the drinks and dirty water cup and he handled it professionally.

Foods alright. There was a random side salad with no salad dressing on my plate. Potatoes could’ve taste better. No crazy complaints tho.

But yeah- Nothing to go back to your friends and rave about. Will not go back...

I had the pleasure of dining at The Malt House recently, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This cozy spot has a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere with an upscale yet relaxed vibe, perfect for a night out with friends or a casual dinner date. The decor is stylish and modern, but still feels warm and inviting.

We started with their famous truffle fries, which were crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. For the main course, I opted for the house burger, and it was absolutely delicious – juicy, perfectly cooked, and topped with all the right ingredients. My friend had the grilled chicken sandwich, and she loved how tender and flavorful it was, paired with a side of perfectly seasoned sweet potato fries.

The drink menu is also top-notch, with a great selection of craft beers, cocktails, and spirits. I highly recommend trying their signature cocktails – they really know how to mix a drink!

But what really stood out was the service. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The team at The Malt House genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience.

Whether you’re in the mood for a great burger, craft beers, or just a fun, laid-back night out, I highly recommend The Malt House. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy great food, drinks, and company. I can’t...

I recently organized a work HH here and it was great! I worked with Leland and he was very easy to communicate with. I was working with a tight budget, and the Malt House was one of the few bars in the area that did not require a minimum but still gave us our private space. Originally, we planned for about 40 people but on the day of the event, it was thunder-storming, so a lot of people bailed. I gave them the heads up that it would probably only be about 15 people, and they were still happy to accommodate. We also told them that we only wanted people ordering the happy hour menu drinks (HH is M-F 4-6) and they were very good at enforcing this. For drinks, I had a Moscow Mule. It was refreshing, but a little too sweet for my taste. On to the food. We ordered the happy hour bites, and I didn't come across a single bite I did not like. We had the buttermilk chicken bites, wings, rosemary fries, and cheese curds. My favorite was probably the cheese curds, especially with the chipotle aioli it came with. I liked it even better with the cilantro jalapeno aioli that came with the chicken bites. Would def have another work event here, and even come back on my own to try some of the other food.
