I had a physical on 10/20 with Dr. Haque and was told I would receive a call for the follow-up appointment to go over lab results. After not hearing from them I tried calling over the course of an entire week and no one answered, their mailbox is full so I couldn't leave a message. I tried sending a message online but no response to that either. My insurance provider also tried calling and got the same message. I now have to find another PCP and don't know if my insurance will cover another physical because I only get one per year.

UPDATE: Problem is definitely not resolved. They are aware of the issue (I heard another patient complaining about it in the waiting room). Their explanation is that some calls just get rerouted to the call center. I don't get the impression they are concerned or trying to fix the problem. First and foremost I been coming here for care with my children for many years and I'm thankful for the extreme caring and support I always recieve. MY Physician Dr Menaka always making sure how important it is for me to care for myself mentally and physically providing me with ways to eat healthier and sending me referrals when necessary. If I can give 0 stars I would. Having had only been to the center for fairly minor dental work, my experience is limited. However, this was the only painful cleaning I had in my life. The tool slipped while the technician was working on me and jammed into my gum. I was told to relax while I grimaced with pain and when it was over, the assistant said “sorry when you have a gap in your teeth the machine follows it” Failing to take any responsibility for the oversight.
