Party R Us — Local services in New York

I was referred to this place by a friend. Where do I begin. First the place is super crowded with items. The aisles are already so very small and if you're thinking of getting in those aisles and try to maneuver with a stroller, forget about it. Prices are ridiculous, but if you're in a bind I guess it's ok. Now for the people who serve you. My last visit was the worse. So I went in to purchase a certain item which i had no idea which aisle it was located. So I decided to ask the lady at the cash register where I can find the item that way I wouldn't spend too much time searchi. She immediately yelled flaring her arms up like go look over there. So I said ok I will look but you really don't have to be so nasty. I went to find the item and off course could not locate it, so I spotted the sales girl coming out from the back. I asked her for assistance which she did.I then made my way to the cash register to pay for the item. Now here I am with 2 children trying to hurry out the store before they begin to fuss. This lady who is there trying to tape together a torn $1.00 rudely asked me to wait if I didn't she she was busy. I was like why do you have to be so nasty and rude, and this is no way to treat customers. I am here trying to get you business and you're so nasty. There was an Asian couple trying to inflate some balloons with helium nodded their head to me in Agreement. I didn't want or need their support. Because not because the woman at the cash register is Asian like that they couldn't open their mouths themselves. I'm not trying to be racist by any stretch but damn. Well this cashier she just took the item from me and threw it to the floor and asked me to get out. Ok that was very extreme. A young lady was coming in, when she heard how the lady treated me and how nasty of a human being she was. She left the store the same way she entered and said if she is so rude and nasty the cashier may treat her the same way. I found out later it's not only her with that attitude her husband is also the same way. I was able to get my item at another store and it was alot better than what I was getting from her anyways. I will never give her business again. Her attitude was atrocious and she has the wrong job. Or maybe she should just do business...

Nasty rude lady in the front register. I bought an item for $1 and she charged me tax and it was $1.08. So I wanted to help her and purchase another item under 92 cents so she wouldn’t have to give me so much change back. She ignored me when I asked what’s under a $1. She then proceeded to yell at me to hurry up. I told her to relax and not yell at me which she continued to mumble under her breathe. I will not ever go into that store and there’s no reason for anyone to spend money in a business where the owner is such a miserable...

This cashier lady is the rudest person I’ve ever seen. She yelled at her customers for no reason. I’m not sure what her problem is. I simply asked how many plates were in the package because it wasn’t written. She yelled “I dont know!” very impatiently. I was surprised she had no idea about her products and was more surprised she yelled like I didn’t deserve to know.
