I hate that I'm making this post, but today was a final straw and after many incidents I do feel the need to warn my neighbors. I never Bash businesses.... I went to Pink Forest a LOT.... I went often with my almost 3 year old after her dance class. I would spend money. Approx $20-$25 weekly on lunch there.... one day about 3 months ago my daughter was having a moment and knocked a plate on the floor and it broke. It was an accident. She's almost 3. It happened once.... also as someone who worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years I know things break. It's the cost of doing business. Well the people at Pink Forest decided this wasn't ok.... to the point they'd shame us and mention something about it almost every time I went back since. I felt so uncomfortable. I'd never treat a customer this way. My kid goes out a lot. No other establishment has ever treated us this way. One day they even passive aggressively gave me my lunch in a to go.... and when I said "Oh This is for here" they say.... well your kid broke one of our plates..... today was the final straw. My daughter and I were in line and she was lightly tapping on the container they keep their drinks. The lady yelled at me! "That's very breakable! That's expensive!" She was tapping And I called her on it and she doubled down. I decided to leave. I had kept going against my better judgement because friends we like to dine with like the place. I kept going cause they had a bathroom.... but enough is enough. Things break. That's the cost of doing business.... and let's be real. None of their plates match. None of their mugs match. I used to find it charming. If an adult knocked a plate and it fell they wouldn't have the audacity to shame them for it. It's not a big deal... or shouldn't be.... as with any restaurant will tell you.... things break. The place is not family friendly. There are too many other cafes in the area to give this place business. I really am not one to write these things and I'm not hiding behind some anonymous post, just know how this place feels about mothers and kids.
And I'm editing to counter the lies of this establishment who replied to my review below....
*We ALWAYS cleaned up after ourselves. Nice try. What decorations in the restroom? Our friend's kid had an accident once on the floor when she was there with us and her kid was potty training.... not my child... and no one ever bullied her when she came back with or without us.
My kid tapped on some plastic. For 2 swconds. Your account is absolutely not what happened.
Nice try. I NEVER leave reviews. This is insane bullying and I look forward to telling everyone how you...

The food is always good, and so are the beverages. I was told that the cafe would close at 7:30PM tonight, although the hours posted indicate that it would close at 8PM tonight. I seem to recall this having been the case, during a previous visit. So, I think it is safe to say that, although the posted hours are that the the Pink Forest shall close at 8PM, Monday through Friday, there might be at least weeknight at which it shall close at 7:30PM.
UPDATE: SUNDAY, JUNE 26, 2020: It was my pleasure to return to Pink Forest for the first time in more than almost three years yesterday, Saturday, June 25, 2022. It makes me happy to see a business, especially during the early days of the first wave of the ongoing covid19 pandemic--especially an Asian-owned business--continue to have open doors. When I was there yesterday evening, I had a hot coffee (being Cuban, I cannot imagine drinking iced coffee) and a BLT. In fact, the last time I had a BLT was sometime in late 2019 and it was from Pink Forest. I also find it refreshing to see there are some people in the food service industry continuing to wear face coverings while serving the establishment's patrons.
Incidentally, the lovely lady informed me that the paper menu still accurately reflects what Pink Forest serves, but the prices have changed.
The staff was friendly and professional. My first time was a good time. I had a white chocolate coffee, which had a naturally sweet and subtle white chocolate flavor. I also had a BLT which was very well made. They clearly and accurately Intuited my personal tastes, because mine had mayonnaise and onions, too, and I love both!! The bathroom was very clean; and speaking of the bathroom, the left side has the toilet, and the right side has the sink. PLEASE REMEMBER to step DOWN to go from the toilet side to the sink side. I look forward...
Read moreI previously wrote a good review for this coffee shop, however today I was disappointed. I made a mistake and spilled my coffee just after receiving it. They did quickly clean it up but instead of asking if I'd like a replacement they did not. When I asked for a replacement I was asked to pay for it. I found this a bit silly for drip coffee. Especially when it is also up charged. Shortly after they brought out my neighbors food and put it on front of me. I did not touch it and then they asked my neighbor if she wanted them to remake it. She did not, but I found it absurd that they would remake an entire plate of food and not replace a drip coffee. Very disappointed in this. Also, my egg omelet was dry and when they put the cheese on top it is not melted and it also tastes dry.
I do not like writing one star reviews, especially for a place I normally go to, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth both literally and...
