PAYOMATIC — Local services in New York

Being severely under staffed is the main issue here , I was inside the location at 7:45 pm , eventhough location closes at 8 pm I rushed to have my check cashed because it's the only time I had today and probably for the rest of the week. After 16 hours of work it was the only time I had. I stood there quietly watching clerk scream at the customers , who have been waiting outside for over an hour, threatening customers instead of attempting to assist people. I dont usually write reviews, b terrible experience. Unfortunately banks are closed by the time I get home , but I would attempt everything in power to never use that location again. Rude arrogant clerk Jamil! From the moment I approached his window, he already had an annoyed tone. Didn't greet me and didn't show any friendliness whatsoever. And then it got worse, as he refused to answer my simple couple of questions and just started ordering me around - in a very condescending bossy tone. Maybe that's how he talks to his wife or daughter at home, so it's his normal way of interacting, but at work he should be courteous, friendly, and professional. Walk out and don't do business here if clerks give you attitude. There is another money service place with a very nice female clerk a couple of blocks away on Kings Highway close to the subway station, and there is also a 24hr cash checking place on Avenue Z with pretty...

Honestly usually I can put up with the long lines at peak hours on some days because that’s just what happens. But customer service wise, there’s only one clerk that gives service with a smile. The other clerk will often tell me that Western Union does not provide a service I just did the day before. I will either have to argue with him and hold up the line or leave and come back when the other clerk is there.

So if you are reading this, beware of the guy that states that Western Union doesn’t offer...
