Brooklyn Fare is not your average grocery store; it transcends the mundane experience of shopping for daily necessities and transforms it into an awe-inspiring adventure. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this remarkable establishment, and I must admit that it left an indelible impression on me. From the moment I stepped inside, I was immersed in a world of culinary delights, surrounded by an unimaginable array of products that would make any food lover's heart skip a beat. Upon entering Brooklyn Fare, one cannot help but be captivated by the sheer magnitude of its offerings. The store's shelves are thoughtfully stocked with an astounding variety of goods, ranging from pantry staples to exotic delicacies. The aisles are meticulously organized, ensuring that every product is easily accessible. It's like stepping into a cornucopia of flavors, where the possibilities seem endless. What sets Brooklyn Fare apart from other grocery stores in the neighborhood is the staggering selection it boasts. While nearby bodegas and gourmet grocery stores may have limited offerings, Brooklyn Fare takes it to a whole new level. It feels almost surreal to wander through the aisles, gazing at walls filled with pint-sized ice cream, tuna, and countless other items. It evokes a sense of childlike wonder, akin to experiencing a supermarket for the first time. One of the highlights of my visit was discovering the vast selection of gourmet and specialty products. Brooklyn Fare caters to the most discerning palates, providing an extensive assortment of high-quality items that are often challenging to find elsewhere. Whether you're searching for rare spices, artisanal cheeses, or imported delicacies, this store has it all. It's a treasure trove for food enthusiasts, inspiring culinary experimentation and expanding horizons. Apart from its incredible variety, Brooklyn Fare excels in providing an immersive and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to offer assistance. They exude a genuine passion for food, eager to share their expertise and make recommendations. This creates a pleasant shopping experience, where customers can engage with the staff and discover new culinary delights. Furthermore, the store's commitment to quality is evident in every aspect. The fresh produce section showcases an impressive selection of vibrant fruits and vegetables, meticulously arranged to ensure optimal freshness. The butcher counter presents an assortment of premium cuts, appealing to even the most discerning carnivores. It's a testament to Brooklyn Fare's dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients for its customers. In conclusion, Brooklyn Fare is a grocery store unlike any other. It transcends the boundaries of a traditional supermarket and transforms shopping into an extraordinary experience. Its unparalleled selection, encompassing everything from everyday essentials to gourmet treasures, is a testament to the store's commitment to culinary excellence. Whether you're a food aficionado or simply seeking to explore the world of flavors, Brooklyn Fare is a must-visit destination that will leave you in awe and redefine your perception of what a grocery store can be.

At this point it's a two but because the nicer staff I'll leave three. The service from the past is hit and miss and if you order from the deli check it while youre there because they will have you walk back to replace it and trash the food which is a waste. Update: A year later I can see why it's not a solid five-star. The older man apart of the deli staff is more than rude, he's so unpleasant I would rather walk 7 blocks and pay 7 more bucks for a sandwich than have a long day made worse by him acting as though my allergies are an inconvenience to him. Absolutely nasty person. I want to rate at 2 just thinking about interacting with him but it wouldn't be fair to the actual professional staff. Original post: I'm unsure how this place isn't 5 stars as someone who has lived in the neighborhood for year's I'm so thankful to finally have a store on west end with fresh produce and meat at a reasonable price I bought I big rack of ribs the size of a cutting board for $17 I would pay double for a smaller rack up the street. The staff is polite the place is nice. Thank you to whom ever placed them here I needed this.

Terrific replacement for Western Beef. Ever since Brooklyn Fare moved in I have actually enjoyed doing my shopping there. The employees, if needed, go out of their way to help me find products because the store is so large you can find almost anything you need and sometimes, if time permits, I can rove around and discover new items I didn't know were there. Hope they are in for good!!! Unfortunate things have changed at the steam table. Almost everything tastes the same no matter what you prefer so try to taste before you choose. I have been trying almost everything and almost everything tastes the same seasoning and ruining "sometimes" the entire selections. One seasoning for everything does not cut it. One seasoning does not fit all!!

As a resident in the area for many years, I think Brooklyn Fare is a welcome addition. I am impressed with the variety of products—food and non-foods. I am so happy to be able to get white asparagus in a jar, for example, and many different kinds of French mustards. After examining the store aisle by aisle, I have to say kudos to the buyer and the thought that has gone into the selection of products. A few suggestions, if I may: 1. Please increase your organic produce selection 2. Please increase the quality—at least the visual quality—of your deli, prepared foods, and bakery selections—right now, they do not seem high-end or particularly appetizing. Bakery products in plastic wrap…. No. The buffet has products with glazed-over sauce, likely due to lack of consumption. The manager could have seen that and dumped out the product, replace them, etc. If you are just now opening and customers don’t know about your buffet cart, produce half the amount rather than letting unsold products sit. Do think about your competition: there is a void in the area for good deli counter/prepared foods and organic produce. Morton’s selection in both is miserable, but they do have a good variety of products, albeit a slightly different selection from yours, so some customers would put up with shopping there unless they want groceries delivered. Hudson Market caters to a different need but their prepared food business is bustling. Our neighborhood lacks high-quality grocers. You could gain mind share on that, particularly as the go-to place for organic produce, good bakery/viennoiserie, and prepared foods. On the last 2, do that before Cipriano/Harry’s Table opens, who is likely going to clean up on that front. Also, excellent staff at the cash register—efficient and polite. What I am trying to say is that you have great potential (and a good name), what you need is to occupy a clearer niche/do better what Morton and Westside Market don’t do well. Great effort so far,...
