After walking perusing a few novelty shops in NYC, happened upon this gem. At first, I didn't plan to buy anything but everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and the manager, Summer, pointed out some amazing options for me. They showed my friend and I this rechargeable vibrator that gives me LIFE. So much so, that I bought one for me and my friend. After cashing out I mentioned bondage and Summer showed me this bondage tape that doesn't stick to your hair. Needless to say, I went back to the register and had them ring that up too! I'm not in NYC often, but I'll make a special trip there to buy their products again. 2 things~ 1: When I am in store, all the the staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and generally comforting to be around. Often, I go to other shops like this and I feel uncomfortable or people stare or follow me. but I have had a great time here every time I want to make a purchase and I have a huge collection of stuff at home because of awesome stores and staff like at this location. 2: Summer is someone who offered me raffle prizes for a QTPOC party I hosted. Not only were the winners super thankful- but I also know they went to this store afterwords and bought even more goodies. The raffle prizes really helps more people know about this store- and once they go, they keep coming back!

As a bisexual man and an out of towner it's usually uncomfortable to enter an establishment like this and shop for anal play toys or BDSM gear without a few sideways glances. Not the case with this establishment! Brightly lit, well organized, and with helpful staff that don't stifle a chuckle when I, as a 6'0" tall, 210 lb man with a sizeable beard discuss a butt plug that caught my eye with my girlfriend. If I ever find myself in Brooklyn or Manhattan again I'll definitely stop by for a repeat visit, that is of course not to mention if I don't stop by again...
