Great small venue for intimate performances. It's what you imagine when you want to go see an off Broadway play. The seats are comfortable and dive in a stadium seating style. The only negative is that the bathroom is on the rear left of the stage. This means is impossible to go without interfering with the flow of the post. Luckily the play I saw was more casually telling stories so the interruptions were made into part of the play, but I can see it being a problem if a play is more traditional.

Love this (off-Broadway) theater! Every show is 10 out of 10. You can’t beat the ticket prices either, but don’t let them fool you. At Rattlestick, they ensure prices stay low so that everyone can enjoy the theater.

An intimate theater 🎭 experience, with pleasant service. The young man at the front door was both personable and friendly. Now on to the play...it belongs on Broadway. The play's author is young and utilizing his potential now! The opening monologue was profound, poignant, palpable, his ability to convey his emotions showed how much his craft has been worked on. The entire ensemble was phenomenal 🔥🔥🔥. I enjoyed the play so much...I will back with my mom. If you enjoy live performances...this...

My favorite downtown playhouse. One day you might be catching a brand new Martyna Majok play and the next seeing Edie Falco give a reading of brand new work. Daniella Topol and her team are really going out of their way to make theater accessible to everyone regardless of their socio-economic background (trust the broke actor here). There is a definite commitment to lifting up the underrepresented voices in theater. The audience is always a diverse mix of ages and...
