I was very disappointed in this store when my son found a very sexual animated print (an individual reaching into another individual's pants) on a bag at kid eye-level next to the children's section. I explained to two of the employees where I had found it and suggested that they consider placing it where children wouldn't see it. When I walked away the one said to the other, "I'm sorry but that is so funny." I overheard her and explained to her that it really wasn't funny....that she might understand when she has children of her own that she will likely want to protect their innocence. Never again a rubbish store!!!! Been to NYC 3 times in the past few years. Always drop in to posman books and pick up a few things. Bought a backup power bank on Tuesday, wasn't working out of the packet. Took it back today and couldn't get a refund, exchange or a store credit. What crap rubbish poor customer service!!!! I was told by the shop assistant even though it wasn't working fresh out of the packet, they couldn't help me as it wasn't resellable in there store. So basically they have sold me an item that claims to be new and working and isn't. This is fraud. Never again will...
