Rachel blessed my hair!!

I just want to start off by saying I walked into her salon with the mindset of just getting a haircut. But I was planning on getting my hair dyed before my upcoming bday (which was in a couple of days). My friend referred her to me, and while my friend was asking if she can do a late appointment she also mentioned that I’m planning on changing my hair color. Long story short, before we started cutting, we spoke about the hair color. She told me to come in the following day (knowing that I was pressed for time) and said that we will start the process early. Before the whole step by step process, Rachel assured me that she might or might not be able to get my hair to what I wanted, she would just have to lift what I currently had (virgin black roots, dark brown hair color with reddish tones) to see what I had underneath. After the first set of lifting and bleach, she was able to see what she was working with. In the end, Rachel was able to get my hair to exactly what I wanted and I cannot thank her enough! She really is a sweetheart and listens to what you want and tries to give you exactly that, with the best ability that she can. This was the best hair salon i have ever been too! 100% highly recommend! Both the hair stylist (Rachel) and the lady that does your eyebrows were amazing! The lady that did both me and my moms eyebrows, is really gently and kind, she does exactly what you ask for and is really quick with it, so it reduces the pain of threading/waxing. Rachel was especially amazing, she was perfect with appointments, she had mad sure to clear up a good amount of time specifically for me. Rachel was really patient with both me and my mom. My mom hates when i cut my hair, but she was able to just tell Rachel what she wanted and she (Rachel) considered both her opinion and mine to give me the perfect haircut/style. Rachel's personality was amazing, she was supper respectful and kind, she kept a conversation going so it wasn´t awkward, she also made me feel really welcomed and comfortable. Overall, this experience was really amazing! I walked out of that salon really happy and i will definitely be going back...

If I could rate my experience and the time I spent with Rachel with more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so. She dedicated ample time to understanding my desires, needs, and hair objectives, carefully guiding me through each step of the process. Rachel ensured my satisfaction before I left the salon. It was my first visit with Rachel, but it certainly won't be my last. This hair coloring experience surpassed all expectations for someone as discerning as myself.
