I ordered food and two hours later of not receiving it. I called numerous times and they said every time the food was coming. When the food finally came. The delivery guy said the food was sitting for an hour and a half they made a mistake in the store.

I made my original review about three years ago when this restaurant had really improved, but I’m updating it now because things have gone back downhill again. Over the past few months, especially during the summer, the quality has dropped a lot.

The food quality just isn’t the same anymore. Some days it’s cold, other days just barely warm. The taste has gotten saltier, and it leaves you feeling thirsty and uncomfortable afterwards. The portions have also gotten smaller while the prices keep going up. Even though the changes might not look huge at first, you can definitely feel the difference — you’re paying more and getting less.

The health rating also keeps changing, which says a lot. One visit it’s a “C,” then it goes up to an “A,” and then right back down again. That tells me the kitchen isn’t being kept clean consistently.

The fish and other dishes don’t taste fresh anymore, and the overall quality just feels off. They even round up to the next dollar when you pay — for example, if your total is $21.20, they’ll charge you $22. Not a big deal by itself, but it adds up and doesn’t feel right when the food isn’t worth the price.

The worst part is the delivery. If you order delivery, expect it to take hours. It’s always late, and by the time it arrives, the food is cold.

I used to really enjoy this place, but lately it’s been disappointing. I hope they fix the quality and consistency because it used to be one of the better spots for authentic Guyanese-Chinese food, and it’s sad to see it...

I made an order for delivery; food arrived cold and stale. I ordered three lo meins and I asked that it be made saucy. The woman on the phone increased the price to make it “saucy”. I didn’t mind paying extra because it’s what I wanted. When the lo mein arrived it was extra dry and both of the lamb lo mein had no vegetables inside and barely a few tiny pieces of lamb. The pepper shrimp had good flavor. I also ordered jerk chicken fried rice, the rice was okay but the chicken was refried resulting in it being stale and hard. The delivery driver also has an attitude problem even after I tipped him. The food here used to be of better quality and taste before; never ordering...

Will never again recommend anyone to buy party trays from this place. I ordered a medium tray of cha chi chai chicken for $120. Upon picking it up the tray was half filled and it was the short long tray. When i told them i was better off ordering 5 small container orders and it would been more than what i got and way less. She responded she didnt take the order for me and yes i wouldve gotten more for less by ordering the small foil container and paid much less but they are not allowed to tell patrons that when they are placing big orders. Make it worse they chicken tasted bland and they barely put any chopped peppers in there. Waste of money! Wont ever buy anything...
