This place is a complete disappointment. I arrived just 7 minutes late for my pedicure appointment, which was scheduled for an hour and a half, and was met with shocking rudeness. The technician immediately told me she wanted to cancel my appointment. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived—I stood waiting for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, which made my official check-in time 12:12, even though I was actually there at 12:08.

Despite the service being scheduled from 12:00 to 1:30, she refused to take me and insisted I was half an hour late. I had to explain that I was only 12 minutes late—5 of which were due to their own lack of front desk staff. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Honestly, it seemed like she just didn’t want to do the work.

I will never return here. The experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. On top of all that, it’s overpriced.
