Literally the worst customer service I ever experienced with a nail salon. The owner or manager was so rude and literally laughed on the phone as Iām trying to talk to him and he kept saying ā I donāt get your pointā. I came in to get my nails done and I called over the phone to see how much itāll be. The person on the phone quoted me $45 and so I made an appointment to come in. Then when I arrived the lady who started doing my nails kept touching my nails, then her phone, then back to my nails then back to texting here and there which I thought was not only odd was but extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. Then once my nails finished and I went up to pay and the same guy I spoke on the phone with quotes me $65⦠like what?? Why is it $20 more?? He says oh you got chrome. Iām like I said on the phone I want pink, chrome, medium, almond shaped nails and you said $45. Then he changes the story and goes oh itās your length. At this point I knew he was going to haggle me one way or another so I just paid and left. Then fast forward 2 weeks later I noticed my nail lifted a bit so I removed them. Upon removing it I saw that the entire nail bed was infected and so I called the salon back. Mind you Iāve been getting my nails done for YEARS and this has never happened before. I spoke with the same guy who happens to be either the manager or owner and kept laughing and saying āI donāt get your pointā as Iām explaining it to him. Heās like oh you waited too long in between thatās why that happened. Iām like 2 weeks isnāt that long and this is all because of your staffs unsanitary practices that you allow to happen aka no gloves, touching everything without disinfecting properly and etc. Heās like I donāt know what to tell you thereās nothing we can do besides clean the nails. Then as I explain thatās not a fix he laughs again and goes I donāt know what the problem is and I donāt get your point lady. Iām like MY NAIL IS INFECTED FROM YOUR SALON. He goes I donāt get your point. At this point Iām so frustrated and I hang up. This man clearly doesnāt care about his customers he just wants to make a quick buck even if it means haggling you or putting customers at a health risk. Never again will I step into this salon and I urge others...

I called ahead, and informed them that I had no nail bed because Iām a nailbiter, my natural nail was super short, and they were so courteous to me, and booked me for a 2 hour special appointmentā¦. When I arrived, the owners greeted me and offered me something to drink, as they invited me over to the Nail techās desk that was going to work on my nails... The reason they booked a two hour special appointment was so they could build out my nail bed.. I must say how much I felt that they used the most well-made, strong products. The lady who did my nails was so professional, patient, and such a perfectionist that when I was all done, you would never know that I never had nails underneath my now beautiful nails!! The nails felt so secured to my hand and the They looked so natural and beautiful I was ecstatic!!! The workmanship, and the products you can tell are high quality, Super clean, very hygienic, and beautiful selection of colorsā¦.The price you canāt beat for Superb service, and everything!! I saw some amazing designs, that I will be back to get on my nails the next time I go!⦠they also have these luxurious pedicures, that you have to try!! Their pedicure chairs give massages while you relax!ā¦Got my eyebrows waxed just before I left and that tech was Soo gentle and my eye brows looked great!! they have so many other services, and I canāt wait to try them all!! I have been going to this nail salon for several months and whoever is at the front desk and runs the place (I believe heās the owner) is so terribly rude. He also overcharges and somehow the price is always different each time and once he even told me that he has to charge extra because of how long it takes the nail technician. Yepā¦. For real thatās what he said. And I dismissed it even though everything in my heart was feeling like I should not be supporting this business. The only reason why I go back is because I like my nail technician. Each time I go, I get nails done and also do 3-D designs which usually cost $15-$40 extra. Iād think Iām a great client. I get my nails done by Genesis. She is extremely sweet and takes time to do a nice job. I was in a bit of a bind as I was traveling this past weekend. Two of my nails are broken so I decided to get them done since it was about that time anyways at a different nail salon. So I came here today, asking if I could get an appointment to get 3-D designs done on top of it. And the guy said That I have to get done the whole thing in order for them to do the second and the. had the audacity to tell me that Genesis says my nails are difficult to do. Outright liar. He was so utterly rude to me. I will never go back and I will tell all of my friends how horrible this human being is And I couldnāt help myself from sharing publicly.
