Starbucks — Restaurant in Parsippany-Troy Hills

It’s a shame.Honestly, a few months ago I could’ve said this was my favorite Starbucks around Morris county & thankfully some of The old staff members are still located here,but recently before the holiday they’ve hired new staff which is great & understandable but let me tell you the quality of this Starbucks has gone down so poorly, When it comes to the coffee, everything taste burnt, bitter without any kind of flavor, everything’s with no effort. mind you I’m nothing but kind when I speak to people because you never know what people are going through so it’s not like I’m one of those rude customers you know, and I would never even put a review if it weren’t for a Fact that this is a repetitive situation with bad coffee and attitude, for example; I wasn’t even looked in the eye when I was ordering, everything was done with an “ugh next! what now” attitude; In particular, this one gentleman working morning shift on 1/7/24. I’ve had spoken up about my coffee in regards of maybe making a little bit better, are paying for extra pumps to give it some kind of flavor besides burnt .but I just got looked at like I didn’t belong there and how dare I say something, I mean heck! we’re in Jersey I can take a little attitude but when I receive my coffee every single time tasting like trash,while I’m paying eight bucks for it !! excuse me, but NO.
