I'm only leaving a 2 star review because the massage was pretty good but how I was treated is so shocking. I got a massage 2 weeks ago now. I waited to write this so I wouldn't write it being upset because that's never fair. I walked in on a Saturday morning and asked for a massage. The lady at the desk asked what kind I wanted and I handed her a groupon I had and said "whatever this offers." She said okay and said I would just have to pay tax and I said great. She took me back right away and started the massage. Halfway through the massage this guy comes in (opens the curtain) and proceeds to talk to her for a little while back and forth (I don't understand what they are speaking) while she is still massaging me. It was quite uncomfortable. He closes the curtain and leaves. Then she stops in the middle of the massage and tells me, "i'm sorry but we don't accept groupons on Saturday so you are going to have to pay full price for this massage." I was like "um- you didn't tell me that." She said, "she didn't know." I said okay, just finish the massage and I will talk to manager after. The rest of the massage was kind of ruined because of this. When done I sit down to pay the tax she told me about and the guy (I'm guessing manager or owner) tells me "I have to pay full price for the massage. It's on the groupon in fine print that they don't accept groupons on Saturday." I said "well I didn't know that and if that was the case then when I came in and handed her the groupon she should have told me that and I would have come in a different day. It's not my fault she doesn't know the policy." If I would have handed her the groupon at the end of the massage that would have been different. He says well you have to pay. And I said the only thing I am paying is the tax and to tip the girl that massaged me. And he immediately goes to "well I'm going to call the police then." Really?! I said "fine, call the police. I can't believe you are treating me this way." He said it says it in fine print. I said, "you can't tell me you are going to accept the groupon, give me the massage, and then halfway through tell me I have to pay full price. I said this is really bad customer service and extremely unprofessional that you would walk in on me in THE MIDDLE of my massage to tell the lady this. He threatened to call the police again and I said fine and then at that point another guy came in and said they wouldn't make me pay. I said "i already did pay by buying this groupon. Don't make me feel like you are doing me a favor." Also, it's not like I was holding anyone up. They weren't losing any money by accepting the groupon anyways. It was their fault for accepting it. What should have happened was at THE END OF THE MASSAGE- WHEN IT WAS OVER, for them to say- "Hey we actually don't accept groupons on Saturday but since she took you back unknowingly we won't worry about it this time but for future reference." And that would have been a normal response and I would have continued to go there because I actually had another groupon that I will not be using. I left feeling completely violated. Even though it was a good massage I'm not going to go to a place that would treat a first time customer...
Read moreI got a top notch massage today with a pro here. Sports massage, 90 minutes and it included 4 essential oils and a reflexology foot massage that killed in a way that was wonderful. But painful. By my grimaces the masseuse told me I've been going to sleep too late. Correct! I've been on a Game of Thrones binge watch for the past couple weeks with my husband and sleeping too late and too little.
Anyway...book your massage. You can do it online! But you might want to call if you care about being indoors or outdoors. It was too hot out for me to enjoy their pretty backyard options. Luckily I had time to wait another 20 minutes for a...
Read moreI rated this place when it was QiPavillion. They had a stellar team and Peter was the best palms down. A couple of weeks ago, I went and they'd changed management as well company name. I was so confused. The massage was average and that's being nice. Maybe Im being biased because Peter was literally the BEST EVER. I will not return. Bring back QiPavillion please and change the name on here. QiPavillion is no longer in business. Its under a new name and management. Can we find Peter...
