One fair way to judge a service provider is if they provide the service you pay for. When getting a massage, the most easily defined and measured component is the amount of time. On that measure alone, I give this establishment 1 star.
I made an appointment for a 1hr massage with Emma at 12:30, arrived 2min early and was led to a room. I quickly got undressed and down on the table, then laid there for 10-12min until she came in to begin the massage (12:42pm). There was a clock on the wall making it easy to track the times.
There were moments of greatness during the massage where I thought “now it’s getting good and hitting another gear”. Those moments were always too short though lasting no more than 30-45sec before she’d switch back to a much lighter touch and another part of my body.
In between those moments of greatness it felt like she was just checking a box, doing her job because she has to not because she loves it. Maybe just a bad day.
There was a stretch of 3min where she only used one hand while massaging my neck/a shoulder because her other hand and focus were on her phone. There was another time where she stepped out of the room for a couple minutes for an unknown reason. The minutes add up and so does the break in flow.
She decided when the massage was over seemingly arbitrarily at 1:20pm (I guess she finished her routine) and told me to clean the oil off myself with a friendly pointing out of the spray bottle of alcohol while she began to prepare the room for the next customer.
I cleaned myself off, got dressed (5min) and was walking out of the massage room at 1:25pm - 43min after the massage began. Even if it had begun on time at 12:30, the massage was cut short by almost 10min. But it didn’t start on time. So by my math the massage was 38min long in total, with 5min of downtime bringing it to a total of 33min.
No bottle of water offered at the end. I was polite. Friendly. Clean. On time. Did everything I can do as a client and was essentially given half the time I paid for. I didn’t feel like a client or customer but an obligation.

Read moreScam scam scam! DO NOT GO THERE BY ANY MEANS!!!
We had a couple massage for 60 minutes. Instead, it ran for 48 minutes, they started at 7:12 and finished at 8:00. The massage is nothing special, just an average. When I said it was shorter than 60 minutes, they started to to lie, claiming that it’s 8:10 now and I showed them my phone where it showed 8:05 and I was already dressed up. You can’t do this to people who help you make money. I’m not a customer you can lie to.
They don’t accept cards, cash only. They either don’t want to pay taxes or just don’t want people to file transaction disputes. Shady business.
They asked for a tip of $20 on top of $60. It’s more than 30%!!! For what they’ve done. Moreover, they asked for the tip BEFORE the massage when I was even dressed up!!! Crazy tip for something that has never happened yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. This makes the price of 60 minutes massage to be almost $100 if you do the math given $80 for 48 minutes.
DO NOT go there at any point, just avoid this place. I will never come back. It’s not about the money, it’s about how you treat people and run business. All my friends and their friends will not go there either. We better go to Manhattan and pay $100/hr and get an...
Read moreI went here for the first time to get a full body massage(deep tissue) and honestly I was disappointed. The workers are really nice however when it comes to the massage it was not great. Usually full body means even the front of the body, like your thighs or front side of your ankle. She only massaged my back side of my body. And also used very little oil which was on the rough side. It was basically her putting her body force on my body, by just climbing on me. Most of the massage I included her climbing on the table and on me. Using her thighs to put pressure, which was very weird. Another thing was, I’ve never seen a masseuse put her phone right near my legs, it just kept vibrating the entire hour. Not very relaxing. 90$ for waste, it did not feel professional. The following day I woke up with extreme back pain
UPDATE TO THE OWNERS ANSWER: I haven’t complained about the massage not being medium. I’m complaining that your masseuse was on her phone, and the massage consisted of just body weight pressure. And also I’m saying you didn’t massage the front body, like front thighs, front arm, front stomach. I was mostly on my back. Please learn to read the...
