This place is infested with roaches, several residents have gotten attacked by unhinged tenants. There was a near riot in the building with people that didn't live here. Management doe nothing to put trouble makers out. Rent here at your own risk and keep 911 on speed dial, they're always here. This is NOT a smoke free building, people smoke in their apartments and Management does not enforce the no smoking policy. A tenant set her apartment on fire in this building, it could have killed many people. Very unstable building. Emir was a wonderful AGM, unfortunately he was moved to another location and every manager brought in after him has quit or been let go, in 4 years there have been 8 managers that have...

Riverwalk park building 460 has been amazing for my 3 years living here. In the property management office, Emir Euminovic has been outstanding. He’s always so helpful on anything I needed help with. Any time I had a question I would walk in his office or send a Email and he would take the time to help me with any situation and respond back in no time. Also the staff of the building is great, from the front desk staff, maintenance staff and more. No complaints at all…

Last the amenities of the building is super, the gym, family room, kids rooms and laundry room so convenient and building itself is always clean and most of the time the building is quiet and clean‼️‼️ love it here….
