Well I had high hopes for my first Cuban link chain but was let down I can't lie. First when my chain came I had trouble with the lock box came to find out the male piece was sent to me bent almost jammed in which made me think did they truly inspect what they sent me and paying $100 to send it back would've been more than just getting it adjusted. Second gripe was I ordered a semi solid necklace but after looking at other jewelry shops and checking weights on their completely hollow chains I found that my chain weighed as much if not sometimes less than those. Which led me to think I may have been tricked to an extent because from what I have seen semi solid means more gold which would make the weight come out heavier. I won't say experience was completely horrible but it was nowhere near satisfying. From what I received I would not recommend this shop. Edit 8/8/24 I got you sir but this didn't have anything to do with shipping that was fine the box didn't have a scratch the actual male piece was bent the lock box was connected when I received it, far as the weight every jeweler is different so I can understand that maybe I should've have spoke to you directly before I made the purchase. Bought some diamond earrings online, however, shortly after I was called from Rocco’s they told me that unfortunately the earrings I bought are out of stock at the moment. But if I wanted to wait I could , or I could choose similar styles to the original ones I had bought. I was FaceTimed and even sent videos of other earrings to choose from. I chose a different paid then the original ones I had bought. The ones I chose were slightly more expensive but they told me for the inconvenience they would send me the earring I choose for no extra cost.
