If I can give zero stars I would. First of all this practice is unreachable. I tried calling multiple times throughout the week for an appointment and I couldn’t get through to anyone. Eventually I took my mom here for a toothache. One of the dentist told her she needed 3 teeth removed and that they were going to request a partial denture from her insurance. After her swelling went down and the partial denture was accepted from her insurance she went back 1 month later so she can have her extractions, however this time was a different doctor and he told her they were extracting 8 teeth instead of 3! Because they didn’t want to do a partial denture they wanted to do her whole top teeth although it wasn’t needed. My mom expressed to the dentist that she would rather do the three teeth that were hurting now and maybe doing the other teeth, another time since it wasn’t actually needed. The Dentist got upset and said no, said it’s all 8 teeth or nothing. My Mom was upset because there’s so much miscommunication within the practice. She didn’t understand how It could go from three extractions to eight instructions only because they wanted to do full denture instead of a partial. Sounds like they wanted extra money. Eventually the dentist told her to get out of the chair and go to another Dentist. He was extremely rude towards my mom, told her she was asking too many questions and to go to another place. Sucks because my mom really needs her teeth removed and there’s places like this that literally only care about over charging patients for extra things they don’t need instead of actually...
