HOT TIP: do not buy in the store—buy online. Sandro stores don’t refund returns (store credit only) but the website does. Or even better, get it at Bloomingdales—same range, usually heavily discounted, and a 365 return policy.
Unfortunately customer service in the store isn’t great. The website says that purchases made in store can be returned for refund. I even specifically asked the rep in store about the return policy and was told “Yes, you can return it”. No mention of store credit only. When I came back in to return, the store manager didn’t have any interest in helping. Afterwards I emailed Customer Service to see if they would help– no reply. Felt like a very out of date way for a B2C business to approach customer service in 2019.

The jeans were not the stated size and the style itself was different from the one on the website. In addition, the shade was completely different. I wrote to the support service, attached a photo, no one answered me for 3 days. Then I called, they said that they would check the information and pass my question to the management. There was no answer for another 5 days and I wrote 3 reminders. After that, I received a response that they sent me the correct product. Read moreThey were extremely helpful when I bought loads of clothes there. However, due to not living in NYC when I thought I needed to return a few things- they told me it would be no problem. But when it came time I thought i needed to return a few things they refused to give me a prepaid shipping label and said "since we shipped it complimentary you would have to pay for the label" and did everything in their power to refuse the return. The boutique in Miami was helpful enough to send me a prepaid shipping label. I ended up not returning anything as I love all my purchases. I would recommend going to bloomingdales or nordstrom as you will receive much better service there. Will not return.
