I have been buying Campers for 10+ years. I love their shoes but am still in disbelief that their team cannot work with me to correct an issue with a purchase in November 2023.
They sent me the wrong color boots.
I sent them back for the correct color for exchange in December. They never sent the correct color OR gave me a refund.
I just wanted the correct color and have gone back and forth with their team many times. Finally I have given up and requested a refund but the boots I want are now MORE expensive than what I purchased them for in November.
I have asked the team to make this up to me as a loyal customer and they have not. The most they would offer was a 20% discount. To match what I paid they would have to give me 30% off, and that does nothing to make up for the hours I have spent going back and forth with their team for two months now.
Iām still waiting on the refund.
We will see if the money even comes through. I have lost all faith in this company.

But when the package came, it was the Kobarah flat sandals in black and in a size 43! I panicked especially since the online store doesnāt have a customer service number.
So I called this store to see if anyone could help. The first person I spoke to wasnāt helpful, but when I called back, BRANDY was an angel! She was so kind, apologetic, and truly compassionate. I appreciated her more than she knows in that moment.
Brandy promised to call me back with info about the LA store (which had the correct heels in stock), and she actually followed through! I was able to get the shoes in time, and she even called again to help with the return process for the wrong item.
