never got services done here, but I don’t recommend I wanted to get my hair done here I personally went on a Monday to ask how much they will charge to get red highlights I personally went so the hairstylist can touch and see my hair because I have a lot of hair and the length of my hair is long so the hairstylist was taking a look and feeling my hair he said he will charge me $160 to do the hair at first I was unsure of the price because I have a lot of hair I asked him again to make sure, he said yes that’s the price, I set up my appointment for Wednesday so I go on Wednesday for the appointment and when I get in the first thing he tells me is that the price changed and he will charge more, the thing that irritates me the most is when someone doesn’t know the price of their service if this is actually a professional they should tell the customers the exact price not change the price once it’s the day of the appointment, I rejected the service and did...

Very Bad experience. I went to dye my hair blonde I told them I wanted something subtle (I also showed them a photo I even told them the dye numbers) first they left my hair white and my hair weak and then to solve it they gave me another bleaching and I don't know what else but They finished killing my hair. They laughed and said I was pretty and everything is ok when I said it wasn't what I wanted. They hurt and burned my entire scalp and hair! I'm praying I don't go bald. I have been going to this salon for years (well over 10 years) and I have always been happy and satisfied with the service. However on my last visit I had Johanna do my hair. I have no complaints about my hair as it is wonderful, I am upset that somehow a big chunk of bleach ended up on my favorite pair of black pants and bleached them. Johanna was pulling my hair as she sort of was throwing the bleach on my hair roughly. I'm sure that's how it ended up on my pants. Still the fact that nobody bothered to help me clean it off or suggest any way to fix this issue is disturbing.
